I liked that it was fairly clean and simple, the staff were very helpful and rooms were warm. The location was perfect and I could use free parking onsite. Local fast food option O' Crousti was 10 minutes walk away.

The superior double room with a mini kettle and TV was comfortable. the hotel's location is very convenient, close to the Villepinte Expo center and the airport. - the area around the hotel is nice and pleasant.

Everything was ok, without any problems. Breakfasts were good, I did not feel hungry. Rooms are clean and warm, with tea/coffee facilities.Location: it is a bit far from the nearest rer station butthere is a bus connection there. Comissariat de Police is right the opposite to the hotel, so it makes your staying safe :-)

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, though everything was good. The breakfast was very pleasant and had a good choice of meals...

Clean hotel with excellent room amenities like a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and television. Convenient location very close to the Villepinte Expo centre and a large exhibition. - Nice views overlooking the street.

The price and it's location. A lot of restaurants nearby and close to the highway.

The first night we stayed there it was a bomber. No soap and the room was small. The second night was an improvement.

Ugly place to stay! Terrible location even if it seems to be close to the Parc Expositions it is far away and no any shuttle bus, or better only taxi very expensive! Easier to stay in the city and to travel by metro! Price very very high for a 3 stars that seems to be half star!! I booked a non smoking room they gave me smoking that was smelling like Hell!

The hotel is clean and the staff members are pleasant and helpful. the room is clean, warm, and has a comfortable bed. - There are smoke detectors in the room for safety measures. - the service throughout the hotel is good.

it was very cold when we arrived -5 and there was no heat on in the room, when we turned on the heater it made little difference. the drinks were very expensive in the bar. but there were no more bars near.

The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with essentials like a mini kettle and TV, while the friendly staff were incredibly helpful.

1. Near CDG Airport, 2. Near RER B Train (SEVRAN station), 3. Bus stop , (local transport) directly in front of Hotel gate - RER train to PARIS is easy reachable, 4. Good quality of hotel restaurant, 5. Chinese cheap bistro and super market near hotel (2 min). 6. room including bathromm is equipped with basic furniture but clean. Conclusion: good for backpackers or for short bussiness trip if you are looking for simple hotel close CDG Airport and having tight budget.

Room dirty, no Internet in rooms, there should not put it on the ads, ....will never stay at that place again

The prices and value for money at this hotel were excellent, especially considering the convenient location for those working at the Parc des Expo. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable.

Nothing to complain about or all was satisfactory.
